Sales orders are processed in the order in which they are received. We will contact you by phone or email to confirm receipt of your online orders. We will contact you again when your order has shipped. Please allow a week to ten days from receipt of your order to the actual shipping date, and that again for the transit time before actually receiving the artwork.

Non-Damaged Merchandise Return

All orders have a 100% unconditional satisfaction guarantee for fifteen (15) days upon receipt of the artwork. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply notify me of your intentions within 15 days, and I will promptly resolve any problem to your complete satisfaction. Please do not return any items prior to contacting me. Thank you.

Artwork must be returned in new, resalable condition, and in the original carton and original packing materials (including any certificates and a copy of the invoice) All non-damaged items must be returned fully insured at the buyer's expense. Upon receipt of your return, I will promptly issue a refund for the full purchase amount, less any original shipping and insurance charges paid by the customer (Free Shipping to most of the U.S.). Return shipping charges are not refundable.


Damaged Merchandise Return

Each item is thoroughly examined and carefully packed in high quality materials. Every shipment is insured, and the carrier assumes responsibility for its safe arrival. Should you receive your artwork in a damaged condition, apparent or concealed; you must save the merchandise (including invoice & any certificates), the original box, and ALL packing materials for inspection by the shipping carrier. Please contact me within 24 hours for return authorization and insurance claim processing instructions. As necessary, we will replace the damaged artwork or issue a full refund.

Apparent Loss or Damage could be visible from the condition of the package. If the package is damaged, you must note it with the shipping carrier, or they may refuse to honor the insurance claim should the enclosed artwork also be damaged. If damage to the package is extensive, you may refuse acceptance of the package. Concealed Damage is very rare but would not be apparent until the artwork is unpacked, then a claim for concealed damage is entered. As noted above, you must save all packing materials and notify us immediately to gain insured compensation.


Cancellation of an Order

Cancellation of an order must be received prior to shipment, or it will be considered a valid sale and subject to shipping and insurance charges both ways. The items must be returned in resalable, undamaged condition with all original packing materials, including any certificates, and a copy of the invoice. Should you wish to cancel an order, please inform me as soon a possible by email or by phone.
